About Ericka
Coach, Trainer, Author, Writer, Speaker
Ericka Loynes, a Chicago native, is a certified Enneagram coach through the Your Enneagram Coach Certification Network and a certified Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Assessor through Six Seconds.
She has been a public speaker for more than 40 years, getting her start at the age of six when she performed speeches under the guidance of her mentor, civil rights activist Mamie Till Mobley, the mother of Emmett Till.
Ericka officially entered the training and development industry as a corporate trainer in 2011. Through facilitating, instructional design, and coaching, she has inspired individuals and teams to discover their strengths and reach their maximum potential.
Ericka is co-author of The Ashes Have Voices: Stories to Motivate, Inspire, and Ignite Healing, a book that highlights the individual (and some previously secret) journeys of Ericka and her four co-authors. They courageously share accounts of resisting change, repeating failures, embracing growth, and finding success.
Ericka is also a contributing writer to Blessed Is She: The Transforming Prayer Journeys of 30 African American Women and has written over 100 devotions published in Words of Hope and Mornings with Jesus.
She and her husband have been married for over 20 years, and they are the parents of a young adult son.
